Refunds and Cancellation Policy

We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel a project or address payment discrepancies. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and the handling of overpayments.

1. General Terms

  • This policy applies to all services provided by 616 Marketing Group, LLC, including but not limited to web design, digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and video production.
  • By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. Cancellation of Services

  • Project-Based Services (e.g., Web Design, Branding, Video Production):
    • Cancellation Before Project Start: If you cancel your project before work has begun, you will receive a full refund minus any applicable administrative fees.
    • Cancellation After Project Start: If you cancel the project after work has commenced, you will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date. A detailed invoice will be provided outlining the tasks completed, and any remaining balance after payment for services rendered will be credited to your account for future use.
  • Retainer-Based Services (e.g., Ongoing Marketing, SEO, Social Media Management):
    • Cancellation Notice: A 30-day written notice is required to cancel retainer-based services. Services will continue during the notice period.
    • Early Termination: If the contract is terminated before the agreed term, the client may be liable to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to one month of service.

3. Refund Policy

  • Web Design & Development Services:
    • Deposit Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once the project has started, as they secure your place in our project schedule and cover initial project planning costs.
    • Partial Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the work provided, and after a review process, 616 Marketing Group, LLC may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed.
  • Digital Marketing Services:
    • Prepaid Services: Prepaid digital marketing services, such as PPC campaigns or social media ads, are non-refundable once the campaigns have started. However, unused portions of the prepaid amount may be credited to your account for future services.
    • Performance-Based Refunds: No refunds will be provided for services based on performance metrics (e.g., SEO rankings, lead generation) as these outcomes are influenced by various factors beyond our control.

4. Overpayments

  • Handling Overpayments: If a client overpays a deposit or any other invoice, 616 Marketing Group, LLC will notify the client of the overpayment within 7 business days. The overpaid amount will be automatically credited to the client’s account for use toward future services. No refunds will be issued for overpayments to protect against potential chargebacks and fraud.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We aim to resolve disputes amicably and fairly.
  • Any credits or adjustments to accounts are at the sole discretion of 616 Marketing Group, LLC and will be processed within 14 business days from the date of agreement.

6. Changes to this Policy

  • 616 Marketing Group, LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
