The cost varies based on the type of meeting and your relationship with us:

• Free 30-Minute Strategy Call: If you’re booking a free 30-minute strategy call, there is no charge. This session is designed to explore your needs and how we can assist existing client and potentially new clients.

• Existing Clients on a Monthly Plan: If you’re an existing client on our web plan, it includes at least one 30-minute call per month at no extra cost. Any unused time can be applied towards content updates, website maintenance, or optimization tasks.

• Project-Based Clients: If you’re currently working on a project with us, your project agreement typically includes a set number of meeting hours. Additional meetings beyond the included time may incur a fee based on our hourly rate. Please refer to your project agreement for specific details.

If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly. We generally wait up to 10 minutes for you to join the meeting. After that time, the following steps will apply:

• Joining Late:
  If you join within the 10-minute window, we’ll proceed with the meeting, but the session may be shortened to ensure that other scheduled appointments are respected. We’ll focus on the most important topics to make the best use of the remaining time.

• No-Show After 10 Minutes:
  If we haven’t heard from you or you haven’t joined after 10 minutes, the meeting will be considered a no-show. In this case:
  • For Free Strategy Calls: You’ll have the option to reschedule the call once, depending on availability.
  • For Existing Clients: We’ll follow up with an email to reschedule. However, please note that repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of that month’s included meeting time or may count towards your project hours.
  • For Project-Based Clients: The missed meeting time may be deducted from the total hours allocated for your project. We’ll reach out to reschedule, but repeated no-shows may incur additional charges for future meetings.

• Rescheduling:
  If you’re unable to attend, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any impact on your account. We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.
